Parenting License

For project 1 and 2 you will be taking a stand on the issue of implementing a parenting license.
Project 1: present a clear stance in favor of a parenting license with a clear thesis and 3 clear reasons with sufficient support (at least 1 source for each reason provided)
Project 2: present a clear stance against a parenting license with a clear thesis and 3 clear reasons with sufficient support (at least 1 source for each reason provided)

Length: 3 pages for each project. Total of 6 pages.
Format: Typed, double space, list of resources used at end of paper (minimum of 3)

Helpful tips:

· State your stance first in a clear thesis with an although and because clause
· Include 3 specific reasons for your stance
· For each reason, offer specific support ( facts, statistics, examples, expert opinion)
· Make sure you are using sound logic and avoid fallacies
· Remember to list the sources used at the end
· Make sure to properly introduce sources: Provide name of source or organization
(credentials if it is an “expert”), and the year it was published or last updated
