a) How has the role of HRM as a department changed/modified in the absence of unions, in Canada? Based on your research, discuss whether HRM can be a justifiable/fair replacement for unions in Canada? (You can treat this section as your introduction and keep it short because your main analysis is Q2 & 3)

c) Which industries do you believe can still benefit from union associations in Canada? Again, use Canadian industry examples to illustrate the usefulness of Unions in specific industries and vice versa. Descriptive answers will be marked down (This section will be equivalent to the recommendations section because you are recommending the use of unions within certain industries.)

Requirements: TEAM CHARTER – GROUP SUBMISSION 1%- You are required to submit team charter for the team project after you have finalized your team members (only one charter per team). Each team has to have 5 members strictly – A team with less than 5 people will not be accepted by instructor and your paper will not be checked. If you have a serious issue that requires exception contact your instructor right away and seek permission/approval.
