Therefore, we acknowledge that the time most of the people’s happiness is within the first two hours and it declines within five hours. The brain function is not appropriate with low free time as most people would anticipate more stress than the actual moderate time. This also happens when there is high free time as people feel less productive. Participants should be taught the health benefit of having free time in breathing and to let their minds wander. The memory is encouraged not to be kept on free time for long hours as it will lead to low productivity. Child development should be considered with a lot of action to be followed as it the sensitive stage of their life hood.
